HEARTS & ROSES TURQUOISE POPPY FLORAL ISABELLA DRESS Rockabilly Retro Size S

It's too small for me now, but I am wearing it in the first photo. Tag says size 10, which is the English size, but it fits a USA size 4/5. Cap sleeve, black collar, sweetheart neckline, side zip Dress falls just beneath the knee. Can be worn with or without a crinoline. Waist 24", Hips free, Bust 31" but fits 32 A/B bra or 34 A/B bra. Excellent condition with no stains/rips/tears. Recently washed.
