meg21k @dhooma_vathi hi there! The machine is not new. I believe it is a 2023 from looking at its original box. It was purchased as a trade in from Ken’s Sewing Center this January and was last serviced the week they shipped it to me. There are no flaws at all. I just upgrade already to another Janome model that has more quilting features.
