HD in Paris Silk Dress

This dress by Anthropologie HD in Paris is made of teal silk chiffon with swirls of flowers in green and white. It has ruffles that serve as cap sleeves and a 3” empire waistband. The skirt is constructed of panels so they are very full and, although the fabric is light, the fabric moves around you and you glide across the room. It is a size 4 that measures 18”14”21” lying flat and it’s 41” long. So pretty for Spring.
