HD in Paris~ Long Sleeve Wrap Blouse~X Small

Beautiful silk- like long sleeve wrap blouse from HD Paris, purchased at Anthropology and never worn. Long flouncy sleeves that are tight at wrist; ties at waist and has a peplum bottom. Size X Small. The peplum 'skirt' is about 10" long; shirt is 26" long including the peplum. Easy to dress up or down. Fabric is light weight and feels like silk though it is made of high quality rayon. I am 5' 3" and 115 pounds and it fits perfectly!
