HD pant 9 1/2 inch rise Even though label state 31 length, I consider it more 30+ (not altered) Excellent condition, with exceptions: front of right lower leg shows shine of possibly an iron (hardly noticeable), back shows shiny melt from exhaust pipe. Very black, sturdy, medium weight, smooth material. Smoke free home
