HD Design LED tea lights & glass votives

set of 9 Red Mercury Glass Votive Flickers with 9 (although there are actually 8) warm white LED Tea Lights. They flicker and glow like real flames! I have never used them, I did open the box to ensure the votives were intact. As it turns out, all 9 votives are beautiful and in perfect condition. I also checked each of the LED tea lights, and all but one worked great. They are battery-operated, but the one that I turned upside down (please see photos) does not work even with a new battery. Therefore, 8 out of 9 of the LED tea lights work, and the batteries are easy to replace, except for the one that is faulty. In case you want to use the one votive without a functioning LED tea light, you can replace it with another battery-operated votive or a real tea light. However, please note that batteries can expire between now and the purchase date, and I have no control over their shelf life. As I am writing this, 8 out of 9 batteries work.
