I think this is a 2007. I know it is an original Harveys Seatbelt Bag from the artist series. Artist is Gary Baseman. She has been sitting in my closet for over a decade not being loved. Give her some love shes a beauty. She could use a good cleaning. But, doesn’t look bad for her age. If you are a collector this is a steal.
