BIG AND TALL? YOU'LL CUT A DASHING FIGURE IN THIS VERY FINE SIZE 48L BROWN HERRINGBONE-TWEED BLAZER BY HART SCHAFFNER & MARX FOR DILLARDS. It's gently pre-owned, in near-perfect condition. The union-made label has some fraying at the bottom (picture #7), but it's otherwise free of defects or damage, with no signs of wear. It has 4 buttons at the sleeve ends (picture #3), lightly padded shoulders, a collar and lapels, a pocket in the upper left front, flapped pockets in the lower front each side, 2 inside pockets (1 on each side; pictures #4 & 5), an 11" vent bottom rear center, and a 2-button closure in front. It's fully lined in lustrous silver-gray fabric (picture #4). The outer tweed fabric appears to be 100% wool, and knowing the company it probably is, but the material is not identified on any of the labels. Dry clean only is recommended. The stated size is 48L, but prospective buyers are encouraged to compare the measurements with those of a jacket that they know fits well prior to purchase. Measurements are: chest, pit to pit 26.5"; waist 24.25"; hemline 26"; shoulder 21.5"; sleeve (measured from the shoulder seam) 25.5"; length (in back, collar seam to hem) 33". If you like the jacket but not the piece, don’t despair, I’m willing to negotiate. Make me an offer.
