HARLEY DAVIDSON PVC waterproof biker jacket

Harley Davidson raincoat with PVC coating. Reflective in front and back. Zipper pockets in the front. Sleeves can be tightened at the wrist with Velcro! Zipper and Velcro also down the front of jacket. Able to be tightened with fastener at hem! Size: M EUC: one flaw; jacket is missing detachable hood. Pictures show where it would zip at the collar, but zipper is hidden when collar is down. Offers welcome!
