HANDMADE Vintage Girls Red Polka Dot Dress 1975

This was lovingly made for me by my grandmother around 1975. She made a matching one for my mom too! Lovely pleating in the front, with sash that ties in the back. Square neckline. Zipper at back neck. Flutter sleeves (edged with wavy ribbon) with elastic at the cuffs. Elastic is loose on one sleeve. Measures 11” armpit to armpit. 27” from shoulder to bottom hem. 26” waist. I estimate this is about a 4T but please check measurements.
