HAND WOVEN textile belt or scarf. This was made by a technique called backstrap weaving common from Mexico to South America. (I have a degree in textile weaving, so I am confident in verifying that it is handwoven.) Made with fine cotton yarns in red, blue, white, orange, and green. Has a soft and silky feel and would be nice around the neck. Would look great with a spring suit jacket for a pop of color.
