HALSTON Heritage Strapless White Dress with Black Floral Applique Dress, Size 12

Hi! This is a HALSTON Heritage Strapless White Dress with Black Floral Applique Dress. It is New, With Tags. There is a smudge on the back at top where zipper begins. This is not from wear. I have had it in a closet, then stored in a box. It might be dust but I have not taken to get it dry cleaned. I have taken a close up picture. I purchased this dress a few years ago from a local boutique for a Black/White dinner which I was unable to attend. Since then, this beauty has been hidden away. Its pretty and classy, too nice to not be shown off! Thank you for looking!
