HALSTON HERITAGE - Bell Sleeve V-Neck Pleated Mini

NWT, NEVER WORN! Fantastic Halston Heritage Mini Dress from Resort 2016 Collection! I bought this dress in a hurry (it was the 2nd to last one on the rack). Was going to wear it for a friend’s wedding but she changed the color of the bridal party, but I kept the dress anyway. This dress features Halston’s signature pleating at the waist, with sewn in gold chain detail. Has TWO small smudges from moving homes; surface dirt only - will easily wash out!! (Smudges shown in Photo 6 and Photo 7).
