This vintage Hallmark piece was originally sold as a mini picture frame display. It can still be used for that purpose (frames sold separately) or as a necklace/bracelet holder, or even just for table or wall decor. The base is detachable (will be detached for shipping-screws taped to the back) and there is an eye hook on the back for hanging.
