NWOT never worn! HALE BOB dress. Silky, flowy fabric in black, white and blue. Faux tie front and gorgeous beaded detail all the way around the neckline. 3/4 sleeves, separate sash ties dress comfortably at the waist (or wear without!) Dress measures approximately 33 inches from edge of shoulder to bottom hem. Dress is in perfect like-new condition.
