Yesterday my account was hacked...they changed my bank account info & requested a transfer of funds into a bank account that is not mine!!! These people are stealing our personal info & any funds balance...they wiped my account clean!!! I contacted Posh Customer Service within 45mins of being hacked & haven't heard back yet...I've been begging for help stopping the transfer & have not had anyone respond! Protect yourselves, your personal info & your funds!!!!

amberdrott @hrdrssr1 I don't know who hacked my acct?? Yes, Posh sends an email to you when you transfer your funds into a bank acct; you can click on a link to notify them if you didn't request it. So someone got into my acct, changed the bank acct # & is transferring it into their acct. I'm just warning people bc they can get your personal info, credit cards if they're linked & drain any funds you have!

amberdrott @kris0314 I hope so!! I keep checking but transfer still says "in process"...I notified Posh immediately, so they had plenty of time to stop it! Now I'm just waiting for Posh to contact me, hopefully I'll hear something soon...

amberdrott @sippinonsummer thank you :) I would just like someone to respond to me & replace my funds! It's now showing the transfer is complete :( I just wish they would have responded sooner, this could have been prevented! I feel so helpless & disappointed right now...

amberdrott @angelaswear yes, I did get my money back! They refunded everything, it just took forever to get a response!! Posh has really great customer service, it just takes a while for someone to respond & this situation took a long time to resolve...

lilagassi mine just got hacked and the same thing happened. I have sent an email to them. So happy to her you got refunded but mine was over 1500.00 do you think they will refund that much?
