H & M cocktail dress

New with tags! Adorable cocktail dress! It’s a dark blue with a v neck line. It has polka dots on it. The arms trumpet out for a flowy vibe. Loose fitting all the way down. Unfortunately didn’t fit me so just trying to get a little of my money back!
