H & M Short Stripe Textured Weave Skirt Fringe Hem Zip Closure Lined

Super cute versatile colors short skirt from H&M. Side zip closure with button closure and extra button. No stretch. See pics for measurements. Widest part on hip is 19” across. To me this fits more like a size 4. No tags but in like new condition. I don’t think it was ever worn because it runs a little small.
