H & M Ruffled black top with back tie, Cher top

This is my Cher top. Reminds me of the 70's!! Full nylon and is hand washable and I have never put it into a dryer; hang dry. Or can be dry cleaned as well. It is stretchy almost all over. Says size 6 and made in Bulgaria. On the mannequin, it has a 33 1/2 bust; top shoulder seam to bottom 26 1/2. Waist open. Can wear with or without a bra. With a bra, will show cleavage. In very good shape!! Goes great with jeans!!
