H & M Off the Shoulder Dress with Pockets

H & M Off the Shoulder (ruffles top) Dress in black cotton blended material. Approximately 29” from top to bottom. Very comfortable and relaxed looking. Lying flat without stretching the shoulder width is approx 15”. I wear a medium and felt more comfortable in this dress than the other sizes in the store. It was not extra flared at the bottom on me. So it would probably swing a little more on the A line for a person sized xs or small.
