H & M Navy Blue skirt sheer outter layer & fully lined size 8

This skirt is in excellent condition inside and out. It has a sheer outer layer and is fully lined, size 8. There is a zipper on the left side. The waist measures 14 3/4 inches across and it is 20 1/2 inches long. The waist band is satin as well as the lining.
