H Halston Pleated Ruffled Maxi Dress in Gray

This dress has beautiful movement! Thin straps lead to a ruffle at the chest and fully pleated skirt. Dress is lined, however underneath the top ruffle is very sheer (beware of wind!). For a more fitted look, belt this at the waist. Top of strap to neckline measures approximately 7.5 inches. Ruffle measures approximately 8.5 inches. Neckline to bottom hem measures approximately 44 inches. Small hole near side seam towards bottom of dress. Didn’t notice it at first because the liner is the same color. See photo.
