cryssyface Hi @kelliradams ! I'm not too sure how to measure a dress, I looked it up online, but please let me know if any of this makes sense. LOL. The smallest part of the waist on the dress is 15" across. Above and below that it's sort of pleated, so it is a bit flexible. There is a zipper on the side also. Bust is about 18/19" unstretched, but has a little bit of pleating by the waist so is flexible and can get bigger. Let me know if you need any other measurements! Thanks! :)
