Gypsy by Jay Square Floral Folk Art Blue Mauve Salad Snack Trinket Ceramic Plate

- Unique, hand-painted, ceramic plate depicting a floral scene with a large mauve colored flower encircled by smaller petals, leaves, and berries set against a sky blue background - Glossy, glaze finish on the front and back - Rounded square shape with lime green edging - Reminds me of desert plants and flowers but could easily be construed as wildflowers in a meadow also - Boho, Shabby chic, or maximalist aesthetic with its simplistic painterly style and colors - I have not been able to find anything about this brand so unsure of when it was made but it looks to be discontinued - There is wear on the front such as tiny scratches to the glaze and small areas where it was scraped or rubbed off. It’s hard to tell given the multitude of colors though, but only if you hold it up to the light at an angle. I tried to show that in the last two photos. However, the painting doesn’t seem to be affected and there is no crazing or chips. The back lip of the plate, which is not glazed, has scuffs Measurements: - 8 1/4” square; 3/4” width
