New with tags silver fringed mini dress with attached panty. Dress has a 11 inch zipper down the back. Light gray mesh underlay. This dress is very lightweight. Flat chest measurement is 15” Hip measurement is 16” The fabric has a little stretch but not alot. Condition is very good with no noticed flaws. The pictures just don’t show how much this dress shimmers.
