Gypsy Lady Designs vampire bat mini top hap

I bought this off an etsy seller a long time ago and I don't think she even makes hats anymore. Only worn once, no flaws. Measures 7.5" x 6.5" at the base and 7" tall. Made from black velvet. Has attached comb and two loops for hair pins. Full disclosure my husband was a smoker.
