Gypsy 05 Victorian Maxi dress NwoT

Never worn, Never tried on. I ordered it online and once I received it I held it up to my body and it seemed bigger. More like a medium-lrg fit. I am 5'7 123lbs slim build with slight wide hips, longer legs than anything. This is way to wide for me. In all just seems like it would fit someone who has a bigger chest to fill in. Wish I could but I would not be able to pull this off 😕
