i would say they are pretty stretchy! Not as stretchy as the gymshark flex leggings but pretty close :)

@melidb97 I'm not familiar with gymshark sizing or their clothing.
I am 25/ 26 waist. 38ish lower hip and a size 26 in abercrombie jeans.

@kendraolivia77 so according to their website a size small fits 26 IN waist, 41 IN lower waist and inseam length 30 IN. Hope this helps :)
