sophiaaapez @raquelgerhart yes these are high wasted! The waist band is 11 1/2in and the hip area is around 12 3/4in....these are very stretchy but will still compress to your shape

sophiaaapez @cnewman42 I like both equally but for different reasons. I like gymshark because they have a huge range to choose from...I love their ombré seamless and energy seamless leggings...super stretch yet compression enough. I like alphalete because I know no matter what color or kind of leggings I buy they will always look good and be squat proof. Hope this helps!

sophiaaapez @madeline_abrams I’m selling it because I just don’t really grab for it! I also thought sizing up would be a good idea...I originally had a medium but I noticed there was a lot of material in the crotch area, but it a xsmall is too tight then maybe a small will be perfect for you!

sophiaaapez @martylarsen hi!! Yes I’m 5’4 and when I put these on they have a bit of extra material that scrunches up around the ankle but I personally don’t mind it because it’s not super long. A trick I sometimes use is I’ll fold it up twice around the ankles and that looks good too. Hope this helps!
