This is a sweet, bright teal/aqua blue girl's vest with front zipper The back has a bow at the hem and there is a peplum ruffle sewn at the bottom of the vest Two front pockets Girl's size 3/4 (but it still fits my almost 6 yr old snugly - runs on the large side)
