Gwenn Pennington Vintage Women's Dress Hat

This is a hat made by Gwenn Pennington. It is a thin material with a brown ribbon that runs down the sides and a white ribbon on the base. It is marked as size 22 and is about 21 inches around. There is a part of the brim on the front that is more flexible than the rest, it is right where your finger would go if you took off your hat from the front only. There is also some "dents" that you can feel on the top, most likely from storage.
