Has beautiful, puffed shoulders, and a ruffled skirt. This does run Small as it is vintage. See measurements. In excellent condition for the age. Sleeves have 10 buttons. Zipper back. Shoulders measure 13 inches beard. Pit to pit is 15 1/2 inches. Empire waist is approximately 13 1/4 inches. Sleeves are 24 inches with lace edging. Overall length is 50 inches.
