Gunne Sax White Midi A-Line Skirt with Ruffles XXS (possible Gunne size 5)

I believe this is probably a Gunne size 5 based off of the very small waist. I bought this from a prior seller who listed this as a small. It’s my own fault for not asking for measurements. I could only find one spot as seen in photos on the dress per my inspection. Please let me know if you have any questions! This could probably be taken out about an inch or so based off of the seam allowance, but you’d have to do a lot of modification to the waistband approximate measurements laid flat waist : 11.5” length: 30”
