Up for sale is a gunmetal/dark teal Betsy & Adam dress that has been altered to fit 5’3” height (incl heels). My petite mom wore this one time at my wedding, and as much as she loves it, she does not need another dress to sit in her closet. It lays just on the shoulder corners- true cap-sleeve. It is a stretchy dress but I would say it runs true to a juniors size 4. Has been professionally dry-cleaned (not Zips)!
