Gund Giraffe Topper Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital

I think this may be vintage but not sure. Cute and zany. this guy has green fur with polka dots. Some people say black but I believe they are either dark blue or maybe even purple. His tush tag identfies him as Topper. He also has a paper tag around his neck. He has been surfaced cleaned. He has difficulty standing up or sitting straight...kind of Floppy. Has light purple feet. One foot has Children's Memorial Hermann Hospital embroidered on it. Eyes are embroidered as well.
