Guideboat Italian Made Cotton/Linen Shorts Size 28 runs small

I love these. I bought them in white and blue. I have never been able to button them which makes no sense with the 15” waist measurement. Please note the approximate 6” rise. They don’t come high enough to hit my waist with my body type. These are trending with loose button down and straw bag or even a blazer. They are structured, incredibly well-made and need an owner tinier than I am. I am a size 6+ and I need 2 more inches around my tummy to wear them. Hope this detail helps them find their new home. I would recommend for a size 4.
