Why don't you get a new battery then?
I had one just like this, and it wasn't the battery after all..the flywheel was broken.

@nikwissman This is an older watch I purchased years ago. All the other vintage watches I've sold just needed new Batteries. I wear a Rolex now and prefer metal bracelets.
