Guess size 4 dress

Size 4 guess dress with black and white symmetrical design. Dress was worn once to my wedding rehearsal dinner. I have no idea where the wrap of this dress is and I never wore it with a wrap. I wore it as is. The loops can be cut off, if you are bothered by them. They were unnoticeable when I worn this dress.
