Guess shoes, navy blue and cadet blue, women's size 8 1/2

These shoes are perfect for summer, cute with shorts and capris. My husband bought them for me and I wore them 2 or 3 times but they don't fit me quite right as I wear a 9. They are in perfect condition and just need the right person!
