Hi!!!! Can you measure please? Waist, length, and leg opening etc

Length is 14" ( in front)
Opening in legs is 10" flat
( so 20" opening)
Waist by manufacturer size is 28". Waist flat measures 16"

Thank you so much. I’ve already left for work but as soon as I get home, I’m gonna measure just to make sure they won’t be too big. HOPEFULLY no one sees them before this afternoon!!!
