Guess Skirt 4/6 (Tagged 32, True 28)

Vintage Guess skirt in light wash. Tagged 32 but the waist measures 14 across (see photos). Vintage Guess tends to run contemporary sizes +2, so this would probably be best for a 29 or 30. I am a 2/4 and this was too big on me. A few flaws as noted.
