Super cute, off the shoulder, chambray dress by Guess. Tie for cinching at the waist. Super flattering fit. Size small. Please note that this item does have a couple minor flaws. See photos of 2 minor stains that have caused a lightening effect. There is also a very minor snag at the back of the dress.
