cj09 @emilykryan Hi I just measure this vest is around 28 inches around the waist when is not on, But the black band in the waist stretch so you can go maybe up to 31 inches if you are more than 31 inches waist, it won't fit good, and from the top to bottom is 23 inches, hope this help!! Let me know if you have any other questions!!
