Well worn but in beautiful shape and interesting holes on thigh area. Tag says waist is 28. Front rise is 8 3/4 inches, back rise is 12 1/2 inches. Inseam is 24 1/2 inches. These seem vintage because of tags...but not 100%

Are these capri? Or regular size length

@tawny14198 Sorry, I just saw your comment. The inseam length is 24 1/2 inches. That would be Capri. Measure your ins am to see where the hem would be for you.
