I purchased this and never wore it, so time for someone else to enjoy. This woven cotton skirt just makes me smile, I have a tunic in this same pattern. It is 17” on one side with half elastic waist so it stretches even more and it is 34” long. The pattern has bright cheerful orange polka-dots on an purple backround. Time to clear out my closet!
