@aish909 there should still be a tag even though it's vintage because I believe they started the serial numbers in the 70s and the bags not from the 70s LOL

well actually maybe it is from 70s I zoomed in on the logo and that does look like the logos they used in the '70s cuz they did change them slightly certain years like '70s to '90s with the same on the 90s to Mid 2000s and then from 2015 to current
