Barely ever used this purse - the outside is meticulous without any damages or wear and tear. There are some minor glazing issues on the handles which have happened since the day I purchased this bag (not very noticeable at all). The inside is also very clean, there are a few minor scuff marks and one small red pen mark near the inner pocket. Comes with the original dustbag.
