In good, used condition. Light staining inside of bag, nothing major. Slight scuffing on outer corners, as well on front of bag (see picture 2) minor tarnishing of hardware. Comes with dust bag. 14 1/2” at base, 4 1/2” at width, 10” height, strap drop is 9”
