It's gender neutral allowing both Women or Men to wear. Style it around your waist like a fanny pack OR across your chest like a sling. The belt is adjustable. Made in Italy. Authentic. Due to the odd shape of the bag here's what I have for measurements: Photo of my adult son who’s shoulders are from left to right 49 cm & he’s 5’7 feet tall. It does run snug on him ONLY if you wear across chest. His waist is 28 inches & if you wear as a fanny pack/belt it will fit great with adjustments to make it smaller. See photos. You can see that we would need to adjust smaller to have it snug around his waist. If the bag is clipped & wrap around would be 46 cm.
