I would say it fits someone that's Medium in pants, high waisted belt style.
There is slight discoloration on the left side of the G, but it still looks good.
This belt was acquired in a storage auction, so this was not my personal item.

@staceycatherine This item was acquired from a storage locker with other designer goods. From my personal experience of owning, buying, and selling, I would say it's real. I bought a few Gucci items before, and I came across replicas before. it doesn't seem like a replica to me.
